Default EMS and piggy backs

What EMS and piggy backs are out and work with the VQ35HR?

I'm thinking if I get the Injen CAI, I will like to keep my A/F at it's best and get the most out of it. I'm not sure if the factory ECU will keep adjusting the fuel maps of these devices or not.

IF thats going to be your only mod a reflash from technosquare will be very beneficial, especially if you go in for in house tuning

I just want to go the cheapest route, I will be getting mods one by one, if it's less money to tune with a AFR piggy back and wide-band i'll do that, but if reflashes and tuning are less then I would do that.

I'm not too familiar with reflashing and in house tuning as far as prices go. I really don't want to ship my ecu out anywhere either.

550 for teh reflash plus 150 for inhouse tuning. And imo teh tuning is very much worth it as teh tuner will stablize your a/f and add more WHP I believe this will be cheaper but don't quote me on that.

Would I have to reflash ever time I mod or is it a one time deal and then you just go for inhouse tuning after that ($150)?

I'm new to this.

550 for the reflash and with whatever mods you have they best fit the reflash. Then for 150 they tune it to exact measurements and I got 5 more WHP with this tune. Then let's say down the road you decide you want to add test pipes and an exhaust, you don't have to pay 550 again bit 150 to retune to your new mods. Best move, from a financial standpoint, would be get every single mod you plan on getting first then get the reflash and tune and be done with it.

I was one of the beta testers so i had to ship my ecu to japan to get it decoded but i got teh reflash and tune for free. But all you have to do is drive to technosquare after you purcahsed every single NA mod you would like to do. And you don't have to pull your ecu out at all. Tadashi will jsut hook up his labtop to your obdii port(not sure if thats teh right now) and reflash it and then start to do that custom tune. And while this is happening your car will be strapped to the dyno making continual runs while he's tuning.

That's a better deal than me doing it myself since they dyno it... i'd like to see the dyno results too. I have several mods I'd like to do still...

Injen CAI, Nismo Thermostat, HKS Hi Power Exhaust, Berks HFC, GTM Valvebody Upgrade, and Pulstar Plugs

My car right, when it had 295.9WHP easily outdragged my freinds 04 M3 as well as in the canyons. The new 08 m3 though.....your going to need some sort of forced induction...

honestly, you have to tell us what your end goal for mods is. if youre doing very little then reflash, but if youre planning to go pretty far then a piggy back will certainly be cheaper, plus will get you more power in the end
