Default NA - maximum hp gains...

I've been doing alot of research for my future mods and I found out as you all know that the list of mods differs greatly between going na or fi.
My thoughts are to go NA because I don't want to invest $20k in a turbo and reinforcing the engine components. However, I do have a question for all you 350z gurus:

What is the most hp that one can get from adding exhaust, headers, hiflow cats, intakes, engine spacers, and a ecu relfash after adding all those on? Does anyone have a good idea? (I don't need proof of dyno's, but i dont want someone to just add up the manufacturer's estimated gains either)

What's worth getting for good hp gains and what do people get for just louder sound (no signif. gains)?

BTW I have an hr 350z. Thanx guys

k&n drop ins, and some high flows or test pipes are your best power adders

I would say you could get close to 300 Whp... probably just shy of that.

Forget bolt-ons. Waste of money IMO.

Just get a nice sounding exhaust system and start spraying (Nitrous).

Once I get some other stuff sorted out with my car I'm going to get some HFC's and a 75 shot. Should keep me happy for awhile.

Without going into the engine you can expect to just push 300hp. I would suggest K&N drop in filters, a good exhaust system (HFCs/test pipes optional) and a reflash from Technosquare.

Bolt on's don't really add power. You'd need to look for a realtime tuner, and a good set of cams. The HR is a different animal. It wouldn't surprise me to see 330whp on a HR with bolt ons, cams, and a tune.
