07 clutch/flywheel crossover to 03-06?

07 clutch/flywheel crossover to 03-06?
i searched and what I found that clutches DO cross over from DEs but the flywheel does not cross over, can anyone clarify?
the clutch will cross over....i have at 03-06 JWT clutch in my 07 right now, with no problems....the flywheel however has timing "ticks" or marks on it. the "ticks" or marks are different from 03-06 to 07-08.....do NOT put an 03-06 flywheel in your HR....
