Are there any talks of one coming out anytime this year?? soon?

I know there are TT kits on the way but I was really hoping to go the Supercharger route!

Ive read that there arent any CURRENT kits, but it says the same thing for the Turbo's and I know HKS or Greddy just came out with a TT kit I think...

but yea im itching to go forced induction and it sucks that I have to wait! rawwrr!

this is the only supercharger kit out right now for the HR but the price is really high from what i have heard and not worth it...performance factory is working on a vortech kit so i would think that vortech themselves must not be. i would agree im ready for boost but not to many options for us HR guys right now...unless it comes out of a bottle

 

I wonder why Vortech never bothered to develop one for the HR?

 

must have not felt like it would sell very well or the dual intakes may cause some tuning problems that they don't feel like trying to address hard telling tho really

 

the one that comes out of the bottle is a pain in the nuts (nitrous). That stuff doenst last long at all, especially when you have a heavy foot, can cost 1000+ with all the NECCESARY equipment, bottle header, remote opener etc...

And it costs 50-60 for a 10lbd bottle to fill...and not easy to find places to fill it.

Its so much more worth it to put the 1000 towards a turbo or supercharger, FI all the time. Plus its not illegal and wont explode and kill you on impact.

As you can see, ive had a Zex Setup before...on my SRT-4. Along with a big turbo. WEEEEEEEE

 

that i will agree filling the bottle does become a pain in the neck for sure....im keeping my money for a turbo or supercharger....
SRTtoZ don't you miss hearing that turbo going from the srt to the Z??

Of course...Turbo + HKS SSQ with my 3" Exhaust from the turbo back, with No cat sounded amazing....but the overall quality of the Z is what lured me in. I dont miss not hearing the radio at full blast on the highway :P

 

Pretty sure Vortech makes one?
