I have a black '08 6mt.

The other day I saw a skyline sprint out of the red lights, sounded like a jet launching off. been told he uses two blow-off.

can any one recommend which blow - off V brand can make (JET) sound or even better sound?

Serious, but I don't know what you call it but it's called blow off vavles here...

prevent returnig to turbo.....I'm not really into engine mods so I don't know much, but really want that sound.

Try this make the noise with your mouth...twice the fun...

 

listen. the turbos themselves are what you are going to hear as the "jet" sound. not the BOV. the only time you will hear the BOV is if boost pressure is built up then a load is taken off the engine (shifting or letting of the gas) the BOV's make more of a whistle or woosh sound based on what brand/type you have installed.

based on your story, you said the car took off so all you would hear would be the turbos and exhaust not the BOV. go read and learn about cars.
