agreed. i just test drove [abused, thanks to a cool sales guy] a black 370z sport last week, having driven a few 350zs... disliked the front end (frog's eyes mixed with a catfish-mouth, ugh), and that back-right blindspot was scary. that said though, overall it looks great in person and has a nice "presence" thanks to the bulging fenders and wheels, and the rear end with the sport package spoiler looks hot. it didn't "feel" quick but it definitely got up to speed quickly before i knew it, and the handling felt rock-solid. definitely nailed down that bmw-esque steering/ride balance between sport and luxury.

but i'd have to have LSD, so i'd probably end up shelling out $32k when all is said and done. for that $ i could have a used C6 vette in the high 20s, a 335i coupe for low 30's, or hell a nice used C4 carrera for mid 30s. to me, all those would be a better deal. instead, i could get a slightly-used 07/08 touring between $19-23k. i'd blow the leftover cash on a technosquare reflash, an aftermarket sunroof, and trackdays with my bike

my 07 only lasted a few months due to a bad collision. insurance paid me full and i bought a 08 soon after. basicially the clutch slave cylinder issue is fixed on the 08 although it is now covered under warranty for 07. the only visual difference i caught was that it is written "lock" on the door lock switch on the 08 and it wasn't on the 07 lol..
