Go with technosquare. Most before and after HP and TRQ i've seen so far and tadashi is so nice. Plus the car jsut comes alive with it. 110% recommended. Got it two times wiht two differnet sets of mods adn i couldnt' be happier. He'll flash back to stock free of charge. He did it for me so i coudl do my header comparison dyno fairly. ALl you gotta do is drive to him. He plugs in his labtop into your car adn it takes 4 min.
Probably because you haven't seen the picture album... that's on this site..

Groundwire upgrades aren't going to do anything for power. If they did, Nissan would upgrade the grounding wires. If you have a high draw amp upgrading the ground wire from the battery to the chassis can help, upgrading the rest isn't going to do much. The wires are sized according to the alternator output, bigger wires aren't going to increase that output or help in any other appreciable manner.
For the record grounding kits actually do work...just not on newer cars like ours. On an older car(early 90's) that didn't have the best grounding system you could see a small change in performance but even then the results aren't huge. With newer cars the best you can hope for is improved audio performance.
And +1 on Technosquare. Tadashi is very knowledgeable and I love the improved performance, how responsive the car is as well as the sound of the engine screaming at 8000rpms. He definitely knows his shyt.

one thing i also noticed (besides better audio) was that with the grounding kit the idle is a lot smoother. i think it was because of the lightweight flywheel that it was a little shaky but i also have an 03 track and the early DE's were a little shaky to begin with. as far as i can tell, better audio, ever so slightly crisper throttle response, and it CAN help smooth out some shaking due to the touchiness of the sensors in the car. It could conceivably add SOME hp but if that's what you're looking for spend the money on a better air filter or something. If it adds power it's imperceptible to the ~300 the engine already has
i think the grounding kit works.. stillen says 6 hp.. but that's them.. and if its true $80 bucks for 6 hp is a pretty good deal....dont know if i really saw an hp gains...but when i put mine on i did notice smoother idle, radio sounded better-less am static and less background noise in general(like how you can hear tape hiss on old recordings.. less of that), and it seemed like the throttle reacted more smoothly..
anyway.. for the person above ...peak350 who said "bigger wires aren't going to increase that output or help in any other appreciable manner"..are you an electrical engineer?? i sure hope not. if you were you wiould know thatbigger wires DO carry more capacity. (dont mean to flame you or anything)
for instance the wires coming into your house from the pole overhead are (typically) 3/0 awg size wire. those wires can carry about (now dont make be get the code book out) 200 amps. so the panel in the back out your house with all the circuit breakers is rated for about 225 amps. the 3/0- wires can deal with this load. from your panel you power your lights and receptacles in the wall. typically the lighting wires will be #10 awg which is good for 20 amps. typically the plugs in your wall are rated for 15 amps and the wire size is #12awg (which is smaller than #10awg wire). the #8 wire in the grounding kit is rated for about 30 amps. so the bigger the wire the more capacity.
besides, the grounding straps that exist on my z seem really cheazy!
good luck
