Does anyone know if 05/06 cats will work on the 07 HR? Thanks!!!

sure they will, if you use the 03-06 manifolds or headers

they wont at all the hr motor headers have a different bolt pattern from 03-06 at the connection from the cats to the headers.

im not sure here but i dont think they have a different bolt pattern. i have heard of people using 03-06 headers on 07 and up Z's but they have to use 03-06 stock cats/hfc or test pipes

How about those Ebay Magnaflow 4" cats? Think those would work with an HR? Yeah we'll have to put O2 bungs after the cats, but any reason those wouldn't work, assuming of course we welded in the appro-po piping?

they have different flange, different gasket types too from 07 + vs 03-06
