Berk HFC's installed I have a ?

You do not need a reflash in order to run with TP's or HFC's. The ECU will adapt to the new learned fuel trim value over time. A reflash would help and would optimize the ECU fuel/timing to the HFC's, but it's not absolutely neccesarry.
The secondary O2 sensors do not have any effect on the performance of the car. Even if you smashed them and reinserted them into the BERK HFC's, there would be no performance difference. The secondary O2 sensors are soley there for catalyst efficiency monitoring, that is it.
Can you give us some more details on the conditions when it happens? And anyone else here who has the same type of symptoms? Let's all see if we can solve this together.

Any idea on a fix for the hesitation / sputttering? I'm on the verge of going back to running stock cats. I can no longer stand this performance issue.
Please help.

Just the sputtering and hesitation. It seems to be hit and miss. Some cars don't have this issue with the same setup. What's wrong with ours?

i wish i knew. if i had more hr's here to work with it wouldn't be so bad. but those that have changed out around here have not had problems at all. i only had the problem when my cel was on. but since you are having it without a cel i would put the stock cats back on and see if it still does it. if it does then warranty will resolve the problem.

i guess this is when i notice the problem in 6th gear if i'm rolling at 2000 its fine but if i press the gas pedal hard to pass a car or what ever then the car jerks. but i had never had a cell light and i've had the cats for like 4months. drove with them for like 3,000 miles.
now today it was a quick start and after like 10 miles of driving the engine light went on.
so i dont know man

^ can you recall the exact code? Look in here to match it with an error code..

they gave me the mashine to read it my self. its so easy man.
update about the hesitation when driving in 6th gear and tring to accelerate quickly.
well i bought a borla exhaust and installed it today and the hesitation is gone. i think its because my ecu was reflashed/tune for a dual exhaust and i recently i had reinstalled the stock exhaust. maybe that caused it i dont know but now that i have a higher flow exhaust its gone.

I've had the berks HFC as well as other members on there HR and most if not all get the stuttering around 2500-3k rpms in high gear and WOT.. Hopefully this lean nature of the HFCs installed does not create long term wear on the motor.
