Default Service Engine Soon Light?

on monday i got Stillen Headers and Stillen HFC's. upon driving home from work today, the "service engine soon" light came on? has anyone else experienced this? could it be from the new parts? i've always taken care of my car, and don't even speed around a lot.

it might seem like a stupid question, but if u can help, please do

i think i can help you out. before i ordered my hfc i had to sign a paper from stillen saying that i am aware that my check engine light will come on. so im guessing thats the answer.

my light is off right now because im still waiting for my hks to come in so i can install the whole exhaust at once lol. but honestly i have no idea how to shut off the light. i planned on leaving it on. i dont think it would bother me that much.

call stillen, i had a set of hiflow cats from stillen, they made an adapter that made the 02 sensor port longer, this was suppose to fix the problem. they will send it to you for free. i also had the stillen headers, the light was on for me also. you can reset the battery but after about 100 miles the light will return on again.

or get it tuned by uprev, they can turn the 02 sensor off that turns on the light. then it will never come on again.
