As far as I know they are *supposed* to be good for 100K. I doubt I'll let mine go that long before changing but you should still be ok at 30K I think.

could be the battery...yeah, people usually don't change them for a while...definitely not at 30K.

Our stock plugs are rated for 100k? Wow, that's good to hear! Are they platinum or iridium or something? I generally thought between 15-30k for copper spark plugs for optimum efficiency.

So, bumping thread back I realize but it's time for me to change my plugs. Do we have any for our engine that you all use?
Any pre-gapped ones?

Fawk! U mean to tell me they're the only ones that have spark plugs that are:
a) pre-gapped
b) made for our HR engine?

If so, insert 3 story cuss word here.

i think gtm sells hr spark plugs, but i think they're one step colder (which you won't need if you are at stock power levels)

genuine Nissan plugs might cost slightly more but at least you know they will last 100k miles.. and they made the engine so they might know a little more than aftermarket companies
