You'd feel pretty stupid if his first language wasn't English. Additionally, I wouldn't point out someone's spelling deficiencies with grammar like yours.

Resonated test pipes will gain more power with more sound. You'll probably through a code too in which case you can look for the non-fouler fix ...if that even works on the HR models. High flow cats will provide slightly less power with a quieter, deeper sound. No fix necessary.

Power: Test Pipes > Resonated Test Pipes > High Flow Cats
Volume: Test Pipes > Resonated Test Pipes > High Flow Cats
Price: High Flow Cats > Resonated Test Pipes > Test Pipes

For all exhaust parts, most would suggest avoiding Chinese eBay knockoffs, since they tend to use lower quality steel and on occasion provide poor welds. Megan is a Chinese knockoff brand I believe. I don't know the quality of those specifically though. Since you have y-pipes and a single exhaust going in, you might be better off with HFC's to avoid any rasp or drone, unless you prefer a brighter sound.

I'm sorry for my spelling. Because my first language is not English.

I think if you got Test pipes with a single exhaust you would br incredibly loud. Even res TP's will be mad loud, but maybe thats what your looking for.
