Default TurboXs test pipes

These test pipes are new and are the cheapest ones on the market under $200. The construction is quite sturdy and i felt the power instantly. Car felt lighter and faster during acceleration. I didn't have trouble with any lights and the sound i got was amazing with minimal rasp.

Got mine installed today along with the greddy se exhaust. It sounds nice! I get a little rasp, but oh well. Maybe santa will bring me that motordyne xyz pipe I asked for.

btw did you get gaskets with your TPs?

Assaultech.com has the turboxs TPs for $179 shipped.

0420 and 0430 codes are triggered after 4 drive cycles and steady state cruise on the hwy. Roughly 10-15 min cruising will be long enough to do the catalyst check. If you drive in the city without getting on the hwy it will take your much longer to throw the cel vs. someone who get on the hwy cruises consistently.

All test pipes sound pretty much the same unless they are resonated. They're loud. The rest of your exhaust plays a big role in this as well though. Test pipes and my Tanabe was almost too much. With the stock Nismo muffler, it wasn't that loud at all.

I have these test pipes and a custom hks single exhaust on my car. It's pretty loud. The rasp wasn't too bad on a stock exhaust. On my hks exhaust, it is very loud and the rasp is a lot louder, but I don't mind it. Overall for the cost, I can't complain too much.
