GTM Supercharged for HR?
I talked to Sam on the phone yesterday, he said they are about to dyno a 350Z Nismo version with the S/C kit installed within a week. He also told me that adapting the VQ37VHR S/C kit to the VQ35HR was alot larger undertaking than they had anticipated. Sam also told me that they have not received the type interest from the VQ35HR guys for the S/C kit that they had hope for, he said the majority of the interest has come from the VQ37VHR crowd. I told Sam that once the VQ35HR crowd starts to see pictures plus dyno data of the VQ35HR S/C kit install on this forum and on the www.G35driver.com forum then it should generate alot more interest.

Sam what do you expect with the delays?
Many of us are waiting for the pics and dyno results. Sorry but I don't throw my cash around without results!...
Provide the results. Once we review them then we'll beable to make a decision from there, on whether or not the gains are acceptable or not.
I'll be away this weekend racing @ The Toyota Water Jam in Rochester NY. Hopefully the build of this Nismo will be revieled soon enough.

I'm not really sure what Sam is implying with this statement, but I surely hope he's not making this as an excuse for the delays in the project and why it hasn't been a priority. The way I see it, if you have people that already paid for a promised product, you need to make sure you deliver on your promises.
I am not a pre-order but I found this comment really odd... If I am way off base then my apologies.

Sam was not trying to make excuses, he called to let me know that the VQ35HR S/C kit was near completion and dyno tuning would be happening within a week. He did say that the VQ35HR S/C kit was nothing near just swapping the VQ37VHR S/C kit over to the VQ35HR, It required alot of new development.

I spoke to Sam today the kit is complete and installed. Tuning begins this week! The instructions have taken longer than expected but he said the instructions are basically idiot proof. Step by step with pictures. He also said power output should be the same if not higher than the 370z thanks to not having vvel. I'm excited kits should be shipping out by the 15th I'm guessing.
