I think it was due to lack of interest and also because Sam said he is expecting just as much if not more power from this kit than the 370 kit. We'll see hes been telling me it will be done really soon. He's actually calling me now with updates so I'm guessing things really are nearing completion. Just hoping to get it by the end of summer.

$5K was intro price.
$6K is after intro price.

Not fair IMO. When the intro price came out, the VHR guys already had full pics, dyno sheets and videos released. Everyone knew what they were getting. How can Sam expect us to pay for something that wasn't even made at the time (new brackets, etc.)

QFT, I would have paid the 5k, and I have it to burn now, but that extra 1K could go towards a flawless tune and some shitty rear tires to have some fun on for a few days. There wasn't even a heads up post saying it would happen... Which is pretty much this entire thread.

I know 5k was the intro price but I mean it's not even available yet. I would be more likely to order it knowing it will be on my doorstep/installed within a certain time frame than sit there and wait for it to actually be officially released so maybe thats why it isn't getting as much attention as GTM wants. I'm sure once it is officially released they will get a lot more orders because I started reading this thread yesterday from page 1 and I assumed it was already out but I am glad that someone is making a SC for us and thankful for that. I'm patient and the longer it takes the more time that gives me to save up

now with the 6k price how much we looking at + install and tune?

Depends what accessories you have to go with it. Between 9k-15k.

Turnkey Stage 1 SC kit - $6,000
HKS Camp II + Sensors - $950
Install + Tune - $???

You're looking at at least $9,000. A bit less if you DIY and/or paid $5K intro price.

I pre ordered when Sam said it should be done in a week. that was in March. I paid for it because the 370z kit really looked quite awesome and expected the HR to be just as nice. Had I known it was going to be going in 6 months later I wouldnt have pre ordered it. Last month I asked for a refund and Sam called me saying they had a car there and it would be done soon. I asked how soon and he said 2-3 weeks. So I said if it wasnt done in 3 weeks then I wanted my refund. He also said I was towards the front of the list at number 6 and it would be done in the first batch once the kit was complete.

Well that 3 weeks was up last week. Sam said hes working on my refund. I hope that doesnt mean Ill see it in 6 months I am still looking forward to seein how this kit turns out and may reorder it in the future.

Too bad... just no HR love even when it's a better SC platform than the 370.

Unsub.
