@bottlefedZ- I would get a valvebody upgrade but there aren't that many people around here that can put it in. I was really thinking of getting it from gtm until I saw how A.H.'s car messed up from it and they pretty much left him on his own when that happened. Therefore I'm thinking of leaving the tranny alone because I don't want to risk anything, plus the car is my daily driver.

@Nexx- Yeah I hope so. Another thing could be that my car had low miles on it when it was dyno'd. The 250 was with the bassani though!

Oh really? I believe it was you who said HR's only dyno 230whp stock, now you agree 250 is about right? Make up your damn mind.

Actually he makes sense. 230whp seems about right and he said "with some variables," meaning exhaust and stuff. It's a dynojet graph.

Weird, ,mine dynoed 262whp stock on a dynojet at AAM? I thought that's what most HRs dyoned around...

Is it 6 speed? All dynos read differently since they are just a way to measure changes in #s.

God your ignorance amazes me. 230whp on a dyno dynamics awd dyno is about right. Dyno dynamics usually dyno 10 to the 15% less than dynojet dynos. Now stfu before u make make yourself look even more stupid.

Yes, they are just a tool of measurement. Peak Number's should be taken with a grain of salt.

My car hit 262whp on the dyno. It's an HR with:
Injen CAI
Stillen Headers
Stillen HFC's
and Motordyne Gamma Exhaust...

I'm happy with "just" 262horses. My car is strong, beautiful, and purrrs like cougar.

So again, no matter the dyno of any kind, comparing #'s across the forum is not going to be completely accurate over the entire spectrum.

Just my 2 pennies.

Yes, its a six speed. My '04 made 254whp with intake, y-pipe, hfc, plenum spacer and ECU flash on the same dyno.

Stock the '04 dynoed 225/230whp or so I believe...

Those are good numbers considering you live in high altitude. If you were at sea level you could easily make 290+

man, i had my 08 HR dyno'd stock and it hit 264whp. Take it as you want but thats pretty sweet as far as I'm concerned. It was also at the Chantilly nissan show a while back. I'm getting a tune in a few weeks and hopefully get some true #'s from that.

For whatever its worth, my car (08 Nismo) dynoed 291.4 WHP with exhaust, stillen gen 3 intakes, magnaflow x pipe. I have GTM resonated test pipes on the way and will be getting a tune in a couple months, once I have the time. In any case, RIGHT before I got onto the dyno, a 07 solar orange z BONE stock hit 262 rwhp on the dyno. And from what I have read over the past couple years, this is around what they produce stock, yes? This was probably about 10-15 minutes before mine went on, same time frame-temperature, conditions, etc. Dynodynamics dyno, btw.

My 07 Auto with only Fujita intakes did 256 rwhp last year on a mustang dyno. Big Mo had his 08 dyno yesterday (same dyno) and he did 296 rwhp with stillen headers, test pipes, injen intakes, I forget the mufflers and that's with a COBB tuning, but his is Manual not Auto. He got 372 rwhp/365rwtq with 100 shot spray thou, so if you want to increase your power, spray plus what you already have might be the answer. (another $1,000 or so for an extra 100 rwhp) GL

I wouldn't base getting a Valve body upgrade on AH's experience! He allowed the fluid to get low. Also never changed his fluid and most likely beats the **** out of his car.

Intakes IMHO are the waste of cash. Header's on the other hand IMO are not! Sure they add head uder the hood. There's no doubt about that. Should they be coated?! Yes they should. Did I? No I didn't take the time to coat mine either

As for Rasp... I don't have any Rasp! Maybe its your exhaust system. Why blame it on the HFC's or headers? That makes no sense at all...

A tune always helps but yes an Auto puts out lower #'s aka has more drivetrain loss.

I have a full bolt-on HR and I am at 300 WHP

Bassani is a raspy exhaust, especially with test pipes or High flows. I like it, but most dont.
