Just recently bought the nismo s-tune catback without the y-pipe cause of the crap reviews i've been hearing so I decided to go with stillens or megan racing.. any opinions on which one would be better with the exhaust? I was thinking about getting the resonated xyz.. but it is a little too pricey atm. Only mod I have right now are the stillen gen 2 intakes I did a lot of searching for reviews on the stillen pipe but didn't really find much, heard megan racing was decent ? but not that great of a quality..

 

You would seriously rather have the Megan Y-pipe over the Nismo? Should have just got the whole Nismo exhaust.

 

the nismo exhaust y -pipe was pretty badly damaged :/ i bought it used . so im guessing go with stillens?

 

i have ran stillen on all my z's i can't say its bad i have never had a problem with the 3 i have owned.

welllll looks like this thread is pretty worthless now. i decided to just throw a little more cash out to buy the xyz pipe.. wondering if i should get the straight pipe or resonated now.. loll. if the straight pipe has no rasp and has a clean sound to it im game for that one, otherwise i think im going to have to go resonated

 

Embrace your rasp and hug it. The megan Y would have probly held up fine. Good choice on motordyne tho.

 

hmm anyone ever test out the gains on the resonated xyZ?
