The VQ35HR and VHR37 are supposed to share the same block. So it should work. Maybe ask one of the vendors who work on them often(GTM, Forged) If they actually are exactly the same.

I just checked the Z33 and Z34 FSM's. They're identical.

I know that OEM oil pan are identical between the 370Z and the 350Z HR, but I don't know if the other parts allow to instal the ARC Z34 oil pan to the 350Z HR (like the sway bar for exemple...)

ARC Z34 Oil Pan:

And here picture of the 350z VQ35HR:

hmm.. I don't know actually. I have a G35 HR so we have the new chassis and subframe like the 370Z. The front sway bar on our cars is close to the oil pan. Since the ARC pan is bigger from the sides then it may fit the Z33 HR depending on how far the sway bar is. If you have a picture of the Z33 sway bar so we can compare the distance with the Z34, then maybe we can figure out if it fits.

Here's a pic of a stock 370Z. The ARC oil pan only adds a little to the size compared to stock. I don't think you will have any problems at all.
