My test pipes are here. So I am going to be trying a few things to see if I can finally make a permanent fix. I will keep you guys all posted. I am heading to Atlanta this week so that is going to put me behind a few days. I have to wait for my gaskets from berk to get here also. I am hitting up Lowes tomorrow morning to buy a few things and then start the testing. Will update asap.
i had test pipes and the non- fouler's i made with brillo dident work to well. i now have high flow cats and when its warm there is no cel but when its cold there is this is with no non- fouler's so just move to florida you will be fine .

nah the brillo works fine for me. i traded my stock cats for my old high flow cats back. i had already stuffed these but, i have exhaust leak out the *** till my new gaskets get here. I bought the supplies today if i don't throw a cel from the leakages i will start trying it out.

Tried a mini "cat" extension that I found on the internet for $50 a piece....didn't work
. They were pretty much spark plug non foulers with a filament the same as a normal cat. Supposedly the gasses reaching the o2 sensor would be catalyzed and not throw a code. When these didnt work I smashed the filament out and packed them really tight with steel wool from home depot, 2nd to finest material they sold, and they worked
. 2500 mi no light. So if anyone comes across a site selling these dont buy em they are a waste of money. Just use the spark plug non foulers pack it really tight and you shouldnt have a prob

the brillo will eventually rust away from the moisture that gets in your exhaust. i am trying steel mesh. i tried 325 mesh but it just shriveled up. im am going to try some faucet screen. a few of those might work and use a spring to hold them in place. not sure how its going to work but i am gonna try.
