Built HR P0345 crazy problem
Motor Backround
CP Pistons, GTM H beams, ARP head Bolts, HKS Head Gaskets, BC Springs and Retainers, Block Guards
So the other night while driving my car suddenly started to run horrible. Misfiring and all. Took it back to the shop to pull the codes. It was throwing 1 code P0345. Bank 2 Cam Position sensor. So we went ahead and replaced the sensor. That did not solve the issue Since we have
Changed ECU, Swapped the Oil Solenoid from one bank to the other to see if problem followed, check for spark, check injecors. We then ran a cipher log and found that bank 2 was pulling 63.5 degrees timing?!?!? Ill attach the full
log.
INTK CAM TIM-B1 (Deg CA) INTK CAM TIM-B2 (Deg CA)

Did you build this as an interference motor? (piston to valve) If not, slap another cam in and roll on. Otherwise... a lot of hurt. I had another car where the adjustable cam gear bolts walked out while rolling. Scary as hell. My heart dropped. Bought new bolts and installed lock washers and didn't skip a beat. Good Luck.
