Default Are the valve cover spark plug gaskets re-usuable?

I never had a problem with the valve cover spark plug gaskets leaking oil. If I open up my valve cover, will it affect this gasket and require replacement? Will it make the gaskets more prone to leaking oil?

These spark plug gaskets are incorporated into the valve cover itself. You can't just replace them if they go bad and you would have to get new valve covers. To answer your question, if they are fine then removing the valve covers won't make them more prone to leaking.

The thread only states DE valve covers. Do you also do HR valve covers? If so, you might want to update you're original thread.

Looks like you guys/gals do a really good job
