Did you ever find out how much boost you are seeing at redline?

I haven't pushed it too hard yet since "shop treatment", but it is very solid and strong at accel. I was hitting about 10 lbs. boost before the fuel kit install and tune with the upgraded SC. I'll post up once I get it out to my speed spot that is nearby in the desert haha! *I wouldn't expect much difference, but it will be nice to know.

He just texted me that it was "10-ish"; I'll take a good look at it soon (wot/redline).

Got the car fully detailed; used mother's speed clay on every square inch of exterior then good wax/buff by hand, interior/engine bay all shiny. Nice to have all of that done *my son got these personalized plates sent to me recently; wasn't planning on it, but there ya' go.

Your car always looks great, and nice custom plates. Was thinking of doing one with my Z once the tags expire.

Thanks Mic! I'm sorry, but that detail work over the course of a couple of days about did this old boy in haha! I wish that I could head over to and up highway #1 for a nice visit no doubt.

Pics were taken on a beautiful (shady) a.m. at a popular ampi-theatre called "Tuacahn" (check it out online), but I should be getting better quality pics from my android; will take some with my little ol' Coolpix Nikon and maybe replace a few of these pics with better more detailed ones.

Thanks a lot! Yeah, my Son knows what my forum name is here, so I was surprised to get new plates in the mail, I called the dmv and explained I didn't order them, they had me send them back to dmv (said they were for another vehicle), then about a week later they showed up again and it said they were purchased by my Son for my B-day! *I remember back in about '67, Beatles song "when I'm 64" and that seemed like a million miles away, well now I'm here; no big deal!

Yeah it feels stronger at WOT or anywhere close; getting a lot more rear wheel slipping going on now than ever before, even giving 1/2 pedal. I may consider going 295 width rears like your's are (got 285 now) next time around.

So far the new Toyo Proxes T1 Sports i have in the rear from the R888s i had before are driving well, less road noise for sure. Its a good buy and relitively cheap, paid 375 thru Simpletire.com (295/35/18). Its a decent tire for the winter. No complaints.

I have the CJM Stage 2 because I knew I would upgrade for more power down the road with a bigger blower (more air, more fuel needed). I will suggest to pick up thw Aeromotive FPR instead of the Fuel lab when selecting the kit off the site. The internal orifice in the fuel lab made it impossible to get a lower base fuel pressure than 55psi, after swapping to the Aeromotive I got it to 49psi which is a little better to deal with at idle.
BluestreamDE, you know my setup as far as parts (cjm/vortech/aeromotive) go and my basic whp. Would you recommend that I adjust my FPR psi to below stock psi; I think 52? I get some erratic idling when warmed up and some sputtering now and then at lower speeds; the FPR is currently set at 60 lbs., you think I should adjust down some and see if I notice any improvements?

i am at the stock 52psi with my fuel system setup (CJM S2, Walbro 485, KB BAP, Aeromotive FPR). I havent had any sputtering at lower load/rpms as of late at this pressure, not sure if thats related to your idle issue. Try cleaning your TB and MAF, and make sure your belts are tight for good measure.

But i digress, if you adjust your Fuel pressure lower it may affect your tune by leaning it out. Call up your tuner and let him know whats going on. Maybe datalog with uprev to simulate what happens and send it to him.

Yesterday I got some items from my return fuel kit install dropped off; oem fuel rails, maf sensors, Walbro 255 fp and Denso injectors. The fuel pump/injectors were part of the Stillen SC V3 kit that was installed several yrs. ago.

I had always thought that these Denso injectors were in the 600cc range; tech guy at Stillen had told me last yr. that they were basically stock GTR injectors. *I've searched all over, even on the Denso site, but can't find any references to these.
I thought I'd ask to see if some of you guys can tell what size these are; they ran great on the SC'd Z of mine and now swapped the new Deatchwerks 1000cc's in; don't understand why they don't just print the sizes on each injector (can't remember if the DW's have it printed on them).

On one side of any of the injectors it says like: Denso BA8BN, the other side says 1050 931 21 (different #'s on each). I'll post some pics in the next post, thanks in advance if somebody can clue me in!
