he is on a dynojet.... every dyno is going to be a little different based on how it is calibrated. i hit 286 on a mustang which are supposedly 7-10% low.
yea I know, the difference is usually within 5 whp. I just mentioned my stock numbers for comparison.
My z is DD .. I rarely drive on the highway so it sounds like it wouldn't be a bad idea to get them.
If you plan on ever joining SCCA and doing any sort of events this would most likely be a bad idea to do since it will knock you out of most classes. If you dont care about that and just want to have fun doing burnouts and maybe some drag racing than go for it. Im a purest and I cringe when people talk about shortening gears in a car that was built to go around a road course. Its something i picture guys with old foxbody mustangs doing. Just my opinion tho.

Me too, about 1-2 years ago too. However I dyno'd @ 100+ temps and humidity during the summer.
IMO, chasing and comparing numbers is a dead end being N/A, unless you're measuring gains between x and y mods. As long as I like the drive, I'm satisfied.
i agree, it is just a number .... but not all think that way. i drove a buddies de and i have to say i like his clutch and carbonetics diff over my hr with 20+hp (on paper)
