Alright everyone I am doin a clutch swap, I have everything out except the master/ slave cylinder (looking up at the trans with the car nose toward your feet it's on the left, not sure which one exactly it is). It just won't come out. Is there a special way to turn it or pull on it? I can't get it, i have all the bolts removed holding it into place but can't seem to get it to come out. It is the only thing left keeping my trans from coming out. Please help.

And yes I've searched I have 3 how to's open on how to remove the tranny for a clutch, none of them mention a problem with the master/slave cylinder.

The hard metal line needs to be removed. I would suggest at both ends, if you are replacing this clutch with the HD slave cylinder kit from concept z then you woulnt be reusing the hard line, otherwise keep it in good shape.

^ agreed, and if you are reusing the oem master and slave, it is just a matter of time before you replace. depending on the clutch, it may not be able to handle the pressure
