Default Motordyne Art pipes and Y-pipe with straight pipe and OEM resonator

Hey guys I just bought a Motordyne Y-pipe with a straight pipe that I was gonna hookup with my motordyne ART pipes and my remaing OEM HR exhaust.

So what I was hoping for is to get more power out of the Z without the excessive noise difference. Will having this setup be pretty restrictive? Has any ran this setup before?

I think it should be fine.

I would look into an S-tune midpipe and muffler if you want less restriction/more power without being obnoxiously loud.

ya I'll probably dish out the extra $899 for the S-tune Nismo exhaust from z1 and then get the ball moving on the FI. I had a procharger on my DE before and I was happy with the HP results.

Do u guys recommend any good brand CEL Eliminators for the ART pipes?

I have a pair on my first gen xterra with my headers on that rig an it passed with flying colors here in Vegas.

I have had the S-tune on my Z now for 8-9 years and it still puts a smile on my face every time I hear it. You won't be disappointed with the noise.

I have the Z1 02 extensions and have no problems with it.

Hi Travelee,

Thanks for your helpful video report! Definitely Motordyne art pipe are very clean sound, do you get engine light? Or this comes with a socket to plug the O2 sensors?
