Default Aftermarket Camshaft Compatibility

tldr; Will cams and springs for the DE work in an HR

Hey there guys, typical lurker here. I have read through most of the stickies and have done a search over the past few days. (currently browsing posts for an answer) I figured I would post the question while I continue my search.

I am looking at aftermarket cams for the vq35hr, most of the manufactures specify that their cam and spring sets are for the DE, should cams for the DE motor work in the HR?

Thanks in advance for any help!

found this in a comparison between DE Rev-Up and HR, still a bit unsure if this answers my question though.

"the cams are different only in the way that the cam sensor read the signal on the back of the cam"
