Default Coolant leak! Help!!!

Hey guys new here!
I have an 07 350Z. Every year I start my car throughout the winter, but since last winter my car overheated and then dumped coolant all over my garage and excess coolant was sloshing around in the overflow tank. This happened twice before I took it to my mechanic. I left it with them and they ran it all day long and it never happened again. They changed the rad cap after all that and it was fine all summer long.
Fast forward to today and just started my car in the winter and it happened again, overheated, dumped coolant and excess coolant sloshing around in the overflow tank.
Does anyone know what this would keep happening??????
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks
