Stripped a value cover bolt, anyone know offhand what size thread pitch the valve cover bolts are? Gonna helicoil them but can't seem to find the thread size anywhere online for the valve cover volts.

Pretty sure (NOT confirmed) they're M6 x 1 (6mm x 25mm). With that in mind, get yourself to the hardware store and match one of your good bolts to the sizer just to make sure you're using the right helicoil. But don't use the hardware store stuff. Buy NISSAN OE PN 13224-ZQ01A bolts specific to valve covers. Stronger, mo'bettuh.
