Default 350z ecu 2003-2006

I am looking for an inexpensive 350Z ECU for a test project. I have a 2006 Altima SER 5AT that I would like to determine if this will work or not. No one can offer a definitive answer hence the reason I want a low priced one to test out. I ditched my Altima FWD IM, upper and lower, in favor of a modified 350Z IM with 5/16 phenolic spacers. I already have PNP heads with Ferra valves and the car is cammed. What I am looking for is to utilize the cvvt mapping of the 350Z ecu. I am not sure if the can-bus system will work however, or simply throw the car into safe/limp mode. Anyway, if anyone has anything, please let me know, also if you have any insight, please share. I have been talking with Ben and a few engineers at JWT, but even they are not 100% sure, but they are curios, at my expense, so I will try it.
