I install them myself in my garage, and install all my friends' bolt-on parts. They just pay me with a nice dinner or some beers lol...

If you need a shop, AJ is expensive, but very experienced with NA track applications. Garage Five is more of a turbo player. They turbo everything from turbo kit installs to engine swaps.

But if you are doing serious stuff like turbo kits etc...I suggest contacting the manufacturer to see if they have authorized dealers in the area. If it's just bolt on parts, I just order the parts and install them myself to save some installation costs.

Good luck.

Try Total Autosport on the North Shore

http://www.totalautosport.com/

Ask for Cody, They will install your parts or source you them as well. He's done some work on my STi and is good. Haven't decided what I plan to do with my 350Z but he will be working on it.

Good Luck.

Cool, thanks for the heads up. I should be moving to North Van in the next couple of months so it will be great to have someone local work on my car. I'll definitely check them out.

Tell him "Joe" sent you.

Good luck with you move and mods. I live on the North Shore too. Let me know if you go to see Total and I'll meet you there. BTW invest in a Radar detector if you don't already have one. It IS legal in BC to have one. Mine has paid for itself many times over.

cheers.

Thanks for the info. Also I have a move date now, it's Jan 31st so I'll be sure to check out this shop straight away. Hopefully it doesn't take more that a couple of days to get my car to Vancouver as I have some new parts sitting in my garage that I'd like to get on

I think you'll like it out here. Vancouver feels a lot like the Bay Area in many ways (IMHO). Good luck with the move and PM me when you get here. Perhaps we can meet up at one of the drifting events that are coming up.

Really? I thought they all used laser now? The only ones I ever see using an actual radar gun are the Vancouver motorcycle cops ( Who are the sneakiest of all of them).
