Location: Barnet Marine Park in Burnaby (Closest parking lot to picnic area. Turn right as you enter the park off Barnet Hwy.)

Agenda:
1. Get there early and claim picnic table(s) and best parking spots.
2. Photoshoot.
3. Fire up the grill.
4. Take another photoshoot break.
5. BBQ some more food.
6. Group cruise. Route to be discussed at the BBQ.

If you guys can bring your own food to throw onto the BBQ. Other items that we need people to bring are: coolers to keep the food fresh and drinks cold, ice, extra BBQ stoves, some beverages, snack foods, foldable lawn chairs, frisbees, etc. I'll bring my portable BBQ stove and a few other items. Sign up below and list the other items you will be bringing.

Ok, he's convinced me. We're in.

We'll bring snacky stuff. Can't bring anything big that needs to stay cold, since the big cooler will absolutely not fit into the Z. (Maybe we'll drive the Subaru. j/k)

Just checked Canada Customs website, and they're a little funny about meat importation. We'll figure something out.

You could buy the food items from our local supermarkets (i.e. Safeway, The Real Canadian Superstore, Save-On-Foods, IGA, etc). That way you won't get hasslesd by the border crossing guards. I'll put down you on the list. Looking forward to meeting you too.

 

im supposed to go cirque du soleil that day with gf...i think its eve show tho...will try and stop by before hand

 

I'm also trying to get a couple of my buddies with Z's out. Also, I know of 2 more G"s coming from kelowna who were on g35.ca but am not sure if they're on here. Should be good times, especially given how nice our weather has been!

 

I would be one of those g's! and yah myself and Derek (Black G from Kelowna) are thinking about heading up sun morning!

Well im drivin to whistler saturday, ill be back late sunday afternoon, if im back in time i might stop in around 1 ish.

 

blastoff and Mr. blastoff regret to inform you that they will be unable to attend the gathering tomorrow. Mr. blastoff is suffering complications from a recent medical procedure and is decidedly unwell......

if y'all could send some positive thoughts our way, we'd appreciate it. we'll certainly be wishing we could be with you.
