I am looking into lightweight rims with agressive looking tires. I love the look of these tires but they are obviously not street legal.



Anybody have any ideas?

 

Do you just want aggressive looking tires or do you want tires that perform? If you want tires that perform and can be driven on the street, although not for long, then you want some R compound tires.

 

Yokohama makes some pretty nice and aggressive looking tires. Check out the Advan A048 and A032R which you can get in a R compound.

 

I 2nd the A032R - best tire out there that can be driven on the street (legally)

 

I have Toyo RA-1's on mine right now. They're supposed to last longer than stock Evo Yokohama Advans (www.aimtire.com), and I know multiple people who get over 20k out of them for street driving. They're awesome for every situation.
