Default Cracked Rim, Fixable?

I was just driving around one night and hit a huge pothole. My stock 18" touring rim now has a crack on the inside. Can it be fixed? How much would it cost?

Anyone know any places around Houston to get it fixed?

It’s not really worth it to fix . Get a used one (if you can found any for sell) form a board member might cost you pretty much the same as you fix it. And you don’t have to worry about how is the wheel repair guy’s works.

Do you think that it will cost more then $100 to fix? I've been looking around ebay and 1 rim hovers around $100.

Repairing a cracked rim can't be as good as getting a new one, especially if you can get a matching rim for $100. Why have the worry?

Cracked rims cannot be fixed period. If its bent or scrapped it can be dealt with. A cracked rim is done for.

o_snap, It will cost you MORE than $100 to fix a rim, even only cosmetic problem(not bent). Forget to fix it, go get a used one.
