the black wheels are actually SSR's

 

Work Meister S1 and SSR Professor SP1 have actually almost identical designs. I heard that both companies share the same design but I'm not sure. I personally prefer the SSR SP1. (They do have some small difference in terms of design, but can't describe. Pics will tell.) Either of those wheels are nice rims.

 

the ssrs have spokes that go all the way out into the edge of the face of the wheel (bolt pattern around the face cut-off). the works have spokes that end at the edge of the face of the wheel (bolts all around). they dont share designs. work meisters are the original wheels that came out first. many companies have copied the design. btw anyone who says work meisters are whack can suck a ****...get your info straight and have a history check (sorry about the hate message, but comparing meisters to professors is like comparing biggy to guerilla black). =P

not agree. SSR is pretty big company too, I think both WORK and SSR came out their own design, althought they look kinkda similar.

If the statement reades like this then I will agree:
comparing meisters or professors to Axis, Velox... and all the big brand knock off.......is like comparing biggy to guerilla black

 

I think he means for the quality of that particular wheel rather than directly about the company itself. The Meister S1 wheel is a fully forged wheel, face and barrel, while the Professors are a cast wheel.

 

alot of ssrs are knockoffs, tehy just vary them alot more then other companies do

they just knocked off the GT-C check out and youll see, it clearly is "inspired" but different then the gt-c
