Default Wheel Dilema

I need new tires, I have been debating either just replacing my tires stock 17s, with 17s or moving up to 18s of course doing this I would have to get new wheels as well

I would prefer going to 18s though.

I can't drop 3-4K on just tires like some of you lucky guys/gals can, so I was looking at this combination and was wondering what you guys thought

They look fine to me and as long as the price is in your budget go for it. Those wheels are not exactly meant for the 350Z, so they won't stick out as much as most of ours and will tuck very easily under the fender should you decide to lower it. I am assuming you are planning on getting rid of the stagered wheel width and tire width.

i had 18x8 motegi DPK's all the way around. the offset was 40mm. i liked the wheels but hated my Z's stance with the wheels because they tucked in way too much. you will have the same tucked look i had. go for the PK6's if you are looking to save money. i have the pk6's staggered but you can get them in a non-staggered arrangement. i paid $1549 shipped/mounted and balanced/gorilla lug nuts and the wheels arrived in two days. the tires i bought were the falken fk-451's. they are great performance/budget tires. i made my order through discounttiredirect.com as well

Ah ok, didn't realize the tires where going to be like that.
I like the way the stock tires look, wide stance.

Little wider in the back than the front. I would like to keep this look but go to 18s as well. (I am assuming we are talking about the tires being tucked under and not the wheels)

Which tires around or below $168 would you guys recommend?

Ok change of plans, I've decided to go with just new 17s for now tires and get custom leather seats

So my quesiton is what tires should I get to keep the aggresive stance and are all around good performers. When it rains currently my Z slides all over the place
