I'm running 9.5 / 10.5 +22 all around with the same tires you are talking about. Front fits fine, still have more room so you should be OK. I rolled the rears but only slightly and I am set at-1.8 with no rubbing at all. So while I can't guarantee you'll be OK, it sounds like you should be albe to fit it if you are cutting the fenders.

The fronts are a little more stretched than the rears though as you mention, but combos fall within spec. I don't really notice the stretching anymore as I'm pretty used to it, but it's definitely not like doing 245 / 275 on 8.5 / 9.5.

Sorry, but I'm not sure about the lips.

i think i might do 19x8.5 front with +23 offset. will this work on a lowered get 245 35 19 because 19x9.5 with 22 offset and a 19x8.5 with 23 offset will the lip be close to the same on teh 2?

Yes, your car is bad! I was curious what brand tires you have? Also, did you have your wheels before or after lowering the car? If so, did they rub in the rear prior to lowering?
