Do the Z's use 17x7 or larger?
Quick question,
On my old car, a 1999 Mustang, I upgraded the factory 15x6/15x7 (i forget what size specifically... it was a V6) to 17x9 wheels since that was the common sized used on Mustangs such as the Cobra.
What do the Z's use for 17" rims? I know most online stores sell 17x7 rims for imports, but the Z has always appear to have fatter tires and wider wheels, but maybe that's just how I look at the car, and possibly it still is using 17x7. Can someone tell me what size my car has now? (it is using 17 inch wheels, but what about the width?)
Also, on my Mustang, I got away with 275x40x17 tires all around with the vehicle lowered 2 inches and had no rubbing. What's a good size of tires to aim for without experiencing rubbing? And I'm not intending on lowering the Z.
Thanks!
