I think Boltons Classic Wheels (Gardena, CA) did a pretty good job.
By the way I am selling these WHEELS WITH TIRES if anyone is interested. (local pickup preferred)
They are SSR GT3 (3 piece/Forged) 18x8.5 in the front & 18x10.5 in the rear.

I may take my two front wheels and get it polished also. They told me $70 each to get it polished. Like I said before, it was very time consuming for them to put all the screws back and there are lots of screws.
also, it took them about a week.

They put it on a platform with long needle sticking out and spun it slowly to see if there is any variation.
They told me it was perfect and that they only had to repair the cosmetic damage (Curb Rashes) and polish the Lips.
I also got new tires on the rear wheels couple of month ago at America's Tire Co and they did check to see if the wheels were bent while putting on the balancing machine and they said it was fine also.
Also, the wheels I got repaired were rear wheels so I was not really worried about being unbalanced or bent but I wanted to make sure of it.
