From my research it sounds like a good tire too and a good price in 19s.

got them yesterday. Its not that they are louder, but rather the noise is lower and more distinguishable. My stock RSA would whine. These grumble. The overall noise level probably about the same, but you'll be able to pick out the noise. There is pronounced growling in hard cornering.
here's a vid I made yesterday, decide for yourself.
http://www.timware.org/kdw.wmv
(those are 225/45/18 and 245/45/18)
Most people dont like their noise at 40 mph. It does seem to resonate there. And, like turning hard, they decel with some roar... just listen closely to the very end of that vid.
My car has perfect alignment. Given how these act with turning and crowning in the road, if your car is prone to roar or feathering due to alignment, you would hate these. If your car is dead on, these wont be much worse.
I did get a chance to drive them in the rain today. While they are new and still breaking in, they were 10x better than my RSAs. Even from a stop light, not just deep puddles. I cant even say I hit any puddles that felt deep, whereas since a few months after getting my RSAs, every puddle was an adventure.
