Smile Finally got my new rims!!! Something New!!!

Well, after several month of search and undecided, I finally break down and order a set that I wasn't really sure how it would look on my car! But when I saw the price and the offset on it, I know it would really stand out and make a difference!!! At first I was so set on getting another set of Volks, but after daily pondering at website at work I accidentally found something that caught my eyes! The funny part was if you do search on the 350Z, that wheel type does not come up at all in the Discount Tire online? Maybe that is why no one has thought about this rim at all?
Anyway, keep the story short, I broke down and order them last week, today it finally came in!!! I was soooo excited, until i realized I had to spent another $60 just to get the special lugs!!! But after I put them, all I can say!! Damn!!! I really like it, actually I love it!!! You just can not beat the price on it with this true JDM 2 piece wheels!!! Well, it might help to tell you guys what I ordered hee hee ..

this is the specs!!

Racing Sparco
D-Spec Stage II 2 piece wheels
19x8.5 +32 w/ 235/35/19 ( I thought I go with 235, since I'm running 30's in the back, try to keep the TCS down when I need it)
19x9.5 +22 w/ 275/30/19 Falken ST115

I was going to order the 19x9 +22 and 19x10 +22, but unfortunately I was one week late!!! But overall I love the look and quality on it!!

OK, here goes nothing, I'm going to try again!

here is the pic of the front 19x8.5 +32 offset with 235/35/19 (ride height 25.4)

and here is the rear 19x9.5 +22 offset with 275/30/19 (ride height 25.7)

here is a shot of rear angle view

and front side angle view

and a side view..

the car is really dirty right now, since it has been raining the last few days. But hopefully the weather will hold up this weekend, so I could clean her up, and take some more higher resolution pics.....

The fitment fits awesome!! I couldn't ask any better fitment than this.. I was surprised that someone actually has the same wheels!! awesome!! I was hoping I could be the only one!! hee hee lol, but good thing you are in NY and not in TX! haa haa lol. so far no problem at all on the TCS, I really like my ride height set up, No rub either.. I have little more than half a inch drop with Espelir springs. I got the Falken St115 to save some money! Basically I got the wheels and tires for the price of a set of volks, you can't beat that for sure!!!

They look very similar to the Volks, but $1,000 less (good find).

Very nice rims. But just out of curiosity, why the odd tire sizes?

stock 225/45/18 fronts:
26" diameter
stock 245/45/18 rears:
26.7" diameter
20mm difference between front/rear widths

The ideal tire combo would've been:
255/35/19 front
26" diameter
275/35/19 rear
26.58" diameter
20mm difference between front/rear widths

A 245/35/19 front would've been okay, too, since that size is much easier to get than the 255 sizes.

With the sizes you chose, you now have a 40mm width difference (which is going to increase understeer) and the diameters are significantly shorter. Just wondering why you went that route instead of trying to match up stock diameters and width differences.
