Another tip, which I've learned from a friend's experience. If you have someone that offers an intermediary service such as paypal or squaretrade, and sends you the link to that service, do NOT under any circumstance simply click the link and transact. It could easily be a mirror site created by the scam artist to gain your personal info and drain you blind.

That seller is no longer a registered user. I'm glad I just looked, but my regret on eBay is passing on an Infiniti dealer selling the Volk wheels for around $2600 with tires. I totally agree 98% positive feedback is what you should look at, and check what the seller has sold and is selling. Most of the times, seller will sell wheels, or car-related products, if not look at his feedbacks. If you are spending Volk wheels, better to pay more than risk losing it all.
