Default Tire pressure sensor question

Surprisingly, I searched the faq's and couldn't find any relevent postings on the following subject. I just put PIAA Super Rozza wheels and S03's on my 2003 Track Edition. These wheels don't accept the stock tire pressure sensors. I drove away from the garage with the new tires and wheels (and Injen exhaust/intake + lowering springs) and was pleased that the tire pressure alarm and warning lights were dormant. Then I did a stupid thing. I went back to the garage that did the work and picked up the tire pressure sensors. Guess what, my car recognized them and now the warning lights are coming on. Any idea how to reset the these warning lights? Thanks in advance for your help and sorry for the dumb question!
