Again the lip on the TE and LE is the same size - just depends on what width and offset you go with. Unfortunately, the gold Volk stickers won't be available for another couple months - so you'll have your wheels by the time I can get my hands on some stickers.

As for the drop - HKS Hypermax RS coilovers are on the way.

Sweet, yeah like already stated the wheels I ordered are 1" wider, thats why more lip. I agree, I think at least from the 1 picture Ive seen the Volks look darker. A friend of mine got some really durable, not made by Volk, but you could never tell TE37 stickers for his wheels off Ebay. He likes them better than original Volk stickers, which he says tend to peel off, I dunno, I dont have them yet. Just a suggestion if you want some temporary stickers.

bigfatjeffk, why didn't you just keep it bronze and just polish the lip?? since that is what i am thinking about for my curbed te37... or it is just harder to just polish the lip?

alberto, good luck on the wait, i bought the last set of those black le37s from evolution, i called mackin and they said the shipment was pushed back another month, until the end of may, maybe even the middle of june, i couldnt wait that long so i got my money back and bought some different rims. good luck, and i hope i didnt ruin your day.

I thought about that . . . but I had bought the wheels used - and the previous owner had obviously cleaned them with a pretty harsh solvent that stained the spokes.

I don't see why they wouldn't look good. If you look around, I believe there are a few wheels out there (Racing Hart comes to mind) that are bronze w/polished lip. I thought they looked pretty sharp.
