If the offset of your wheel really is +41 (which I don't think is available in this particular design in 19x10 sizing), but if that's true, then the wheel could be sitting too far in thereby causing the tire to contact the strut, although this is a longshot scenario and I don't even know if it's possible with the OEM type coilovers.
Updated previous post,

It's the rears, fronts are spot on....maybe It's the tire design? Gotta be the offset though... A +41 is a tad much I'm thinking? Also, I installed D2 coilovers last night, not OEM's

Quick google search shows that the D2 coilovers for 350z have true coil-over-damper design, as opposed to separate coil and damper. With the true coil-over setup, the inner edge of the tire can rub the strut+coil if your tires are too wide for the relatively high offset (+41) that you seem to have.

Lower offset = wheels pushed farther from the center of the car.

Pull your rear wheels off and check the tire for unusual wear/damage. Report back.

Rare lip. I had the V1 front and Amuse sides back in 07, regret selling it.

Nice, rarely get to see a V1 front along with the amuse add-ons, but yours looked good. Mine didn't have the nismo hardware / weather strip so it looks slightly off when mounted

Alright, so I have been thinking about to do next to the Z...then I came across a video.

Its Atx car on dpe's and its downright sexy. What I am wondering, is what color is that bronze? I know hes lower and on much nicer wheels, but could I pull it off on my te reps?

Also, keep in mind I plan on getting a front lip as well. Leaning towards the mines cf right now and later down the road, possibly cf sides and rear diffuser. So I am not sure if it would all go together.

Other colors im considering is matte black, maybe gold, or just leaving it the way it is. Also, if someone is good at photoshop and has some time, could you do a shop with the dpe bronze color in the video?

The color combo or the flush look? You're going to need some big spacers and major drop to pull off the stance. The color can be replicated, you just need a good painter or pc place to match it. I say sell your wheels and get better, instead of adding money onto cheap wheels.

I was just strictly talking about the color combo. By better wheels, are you recommending anything in particular? I dont know if I want to dump another few g's...

I've seen some used Volks and Works on here go for around 1400-2000 in good condition with tires. So instead of spending another 3-500 to change color why not get something of a better brand?

Are you serious? If there are actually used works and volks going for under 2 grand, I just might be interested...

I guess the economy has gotten better, I sold my Volks for 1,300 with tires 19x8.5/9.5 on here. I should've kept them and re barrel to a wider width. Just sold my Work 11R FTs to a member on here for 1,000 in 18s. Sold Sparco DS2 for under 900 last week, granted they were cheap but still good ol JDM.

You are right that most 19 Volks are going to be pricy but there are alternatives to making Varrs more expensive. I think it was HXS or another member, iirc, were selling Volks for 1500 in 19s not too long ago. Someone parting out listed Volk Progressive MEs for 1400 in 19x10.5 but was a while ago. Deals are out there just have to look.

This guy only wants 1500 for his GTCs in 19x10.5.

Well, got the 275/30's installed on the rear a few day's back. Been busy installing a Kinetix plenum and Berk HFC's yesterday. Man, those factory cats were a b*tch to get off, ended up torching the bolts off ... Sounds pretty good now .. Anyway, so this is how she looks with the odd ball setup of 30's on the rear and 35's up front.. She handles like a champ, didn't notice anything different @100+mph anyway.. Can't really tell the difference unless you're looking for it.... When I get the fenders rolled I go back to 35's in the rear, but for now, It'll work !!
