19" Wheel & Tire Discussion Thread
Hey all,
I am running 245/35/19 Continental DWS on a 19x9+15 wheel and lowered on KW coils (minimum drop on them).. I am having slight rubbing issues on the fronts and would like to know your opinions on what to do to fix.. I will be going to a 19x9.5+15 wheel come April and want everything to fit nicely.. Opinions?

Volk SF Challange 19" x 10.5" + 11 offset. No spacers of course. Currently I am running 275-30-19. What would be the best tire size to add a little meat. Could I run a 35 wall? Wider? I had my fenders "rolled", but they did a half a$$ job. They maybe rolled them half way, fearing to crack the paint which they did anyway. I am also running Stance coilovers set to the lowest ride height. Thanks in advance for input. Pardon the dirt. I have been working on it and will be cleaned shortly.
Also running SPL toe and camber arms.

Those stance coilovers are def not at the lowest setting. I'm no expert, but I've seen 295's with 35 sidewall on 22+ offsets. Not sure with +11 offsets tho. Also all tires aren't created equal and ride height plays a big part. You might have to have your fenders re- rolled if someone can do it without chipping the paint anymore. Sorry i cant give you an exact answer. I love those wheels tho!

So I have gone through all of threads and have been tediously researching but nothing has been able to give me a sure answer on this one.
Wheels:
Volk Gts
19x9.5 +17 front
19x10.5 +18 rear
Suspension:
Stance gr+ coilovers
Spc camber arms (rear only)
-Currently I am running tire sizes of 245/35/19 front and 275/35/19 rear.
-My fenders are rolled on all four corners
I am upgrading my tires and will be going with a 295/30/19 in the rear however my dilemma is which size I can fit in the front comfortably with my 9.5" +17 up front. One other concern is if I opted for a 275/30 for the front with my offset, would it be too close to the upper arm? Please give me your input on if I should go with a 265/30 up there or 275/30.. Thank you
Here is how my car sits now

Looking at some Varrstoen ES2's in 19x9.5+12 and 19x10.5+22... 245/35 + 275/35 seems to be a pretty common setup from what I gather from this thread, right? Hoping to keep it under a grand for the rubber.

Looking at basically the Yokohama S.drive or Bridgestone Potenzas. I plan to track the car a few times per year, other than that it's my DD. Any of you guys have some input on either of those, or an alternative?

Thanks for the input. I will not be increasing the sidewall ratio as I am currently running 19" x 9.5" +11 offset 235/35/19 in the front. So going from a 30 wall to 35 wall in the rear would actually even things out. Do you think I could even it up and run a 35 wall without rubbing?
It won't even things out. A 275/35 is taller than a 235/35. So right now the 30 series in back has the same rolling diameter in front. If you go to 35 in back, it will be taller than the front since there will be more sidewall. It may look weird. And have you checked the shock body to make sure that it's adjusted properly? Even if the spring perches are at the lowest setting, if the shock body is turned all the way up, you won't go any lower. Those coilovers should go way lower than that.

Hey guys, I am in need of your guys help.
Just from anyone with experience, What needs to be done to fit a 19x11 +15 in the front nicely? Any type of body work? Extra aftermarket parts? What tire size? I hope for some example pictures and good advice. Thanks guys!
I am currently on:
-BC Racing BR type coilovers
-SPC Rear toe bolts
-SPC Rear camber arms
-SPC Front Camber kit

Aftermarket parts are not needed if you're a stock height? Can you post a picture of you current ride height?
+15 is only aggressive depending on the tire selection, a fat tire would require you to remove the two screws from the fender liner. Then massage the fender lip a little which isn't difficult.

I posted that I had coilovers.. But here it is.

Ok so i test fitted my new wheels last night and have to say wow look great. The rears fit perfect they are 285/35/19 +40 with a 1.25" or 31.75mm adapter and the front is a 245/40/19 +24 with a 1" or 25.4 mm adapter.
The fronts stick out and give the car a squared look, i just ordered some 255/35/19 to replace the 245/40 and wondering if i remove the front 1" apdapter if it will sit flush inside the fender or rub on any suspension components?
255 and 285 are i hear the best combo and fit very well but nobody really says there offsets so i figured im going from basically 0 to +24 to bring the wheel back in more but hoping the +24 without an adapter/spacer clears. Thanks!
