I think it'll be around for quite a while. They are very light and durable. Great for track wheels. These will be my track wheels after this set of tires.

Just a little constructive criticism.......That looks horrible. Get some wider wheels.

They should fit...maybe...but that offset is really high for those widths....you'd be tucking like a motorhome. Those offsets would be tolerable on much wider rims...but I'd steer clear of those. They're a good deal for a reason.

Also think about resale....Z owners change wheels a lot. You'd have a hard time finding a new buyer for those if you decided you didn't like them.

thanks buddy...
so if they had less offset they would not be so fare in under the guards?...
i can get them new here in Assie for $2000 at the moment old stock...whereas a set of GT-C will cost close to $6000 aus at the moment with the Aus $ compared to the Yen right now...

you definitely don't want the GT-AV wheels 18 x 8.0 +36B & the 18 x 9.0 +37B... those offset are bad.

in a 9" wide rear, look for something below a +20 and for the 8" fronts, you look for something possibly +15 or lower

I just ordered these 18x8.5 +32 and 18x9.5 +42 Super Advan SA3s and TireRack recommends 225/45-18 (f) and 265/40-18 (r). I also have Track Brembos installed. Any objections to that? No suspension mods done yet but I was thinking of going with some Tanabe NF210 springs for a subtle 1.2 inch drop because it's a daily driver and I live with speed bumps daily. Any insight would be great!

Why such skinny tires? Are you one of those hi-milers?

I do not think you will like those offsets with that aggressive of a drop. Look at the picture above of the 18x9.5+17 and imagine your wheel sunken into the wheel well an inch more than that. Probably more-so with the camber from a 1.2" drop. That drop is not mild IMO. I scrape speed bumps sometimes and I'm only lowered on Hotchkis. You will also have to have aftermarket camber arms and toe bolts installed if you are interested in getting your car aligned back to factory spec.
