Looking for help with tires. Wheel specs are 18x9.5 +10 front, and 18x10.5 +12 rear. Looking at using a 265/285 combo. We know that not all tires are created equal and that a 285 from one manufacture may be wider than one from another manufacture. I'm looking for a tire that uses a unidirectional tread pattern (I want to be able to unmount tire and rotate right to left and left to right), and mimics the width characteristics of an RS3, but has a higher tread wear rating.

I actually have V12's mounted on the wheels right now. I'm pretty sure the RS3's are noticeably wider. I'm also sure that I'm limiting myself by wanting unidirectional tires over asymmetrical tires, but I'd like to get the most out of them by rotating side to side.

Just to make sure.. 265/35/18 and 285/35/18 is suitable for 18x10+10 and 18x11+11? Also will this setup require much guard work front and rear? Thanks.

The wheels I want don't come in an 18x10. I am running stock height on an 03 Base
Only mods on the car at this time are SPL solid control arm bushings in the front
and VLSD rear with SPL Solid rear diff bushings.
Front: 18x8 +20 offset, 245/40/18
Rear: 18x9 +20 offset, 265/40/18
or
Front: 18x9 +20 offset, 245/40/18
Rear: 18x9 +20 offset, 265/40/18
Pro's and Con's for running staggered vs neutral ????

Will these work?
This my first post here so hello. Now on to the question I found a set of volk CV pro's in 18x8.5 +39 in the front and 18x9.5 +43 in the back used for 825. I was wondering if these would mount up no problem or what I need fender roll or wide fenders? Thanks in advance

We need more info as the above PSA indicates, but I can tell you that with offsets that high, your concern will not be the fenders, but rather the strut housing clearance.

Ok so:
Wheels 18x8.5 +39 Front
18x9.5 +43 Back
Blitz ZZ-R coilovers lowered 1.75 inch or Tein Street Basis lowered the same
Don't know camber spec
Then tire for front: 235/25/zr18 and Rear: 265/35/18
If tire size needs to be changed then thats fine.

Quick question about tire size
I just bought some mb battles 18x9.5 with 15 offset. I have stock height on my car. what tire size would you recommend so that I didn't rub or have to roll the fenders. Thanks for the help.
I was wondering if 245/40 f and 265/40 rears would work for this?
thanks
