Performance Nissan sells them I think. Check out the H&R website for part numbers.

Hey bat,
there is much more than meets the eye with combining wheel spacers with hub centering rings. perhaps i can explain tonight, and show you a design that i have come up with.

Thing is I barely have clearance on my rear Big Brake caliper. I was gonna go with a 3 mil spacer.

Same with me. I have about 2mm of clearance on the rear but Stoptech says that is okay, and I have been running it that way for about 10,000 miles and they have never touched.

you could probably get away with a 3mm spacer, but you are taking 3mm away from the hub seating surface. plus, the iforged wheels are not hubcentric, and you need that also. i will bring a drawing tonight that shows how you can safely get both.

they may not touch, but debris could get cought in there. this happened to me, and i now have a huge scratch across my brembo logo. i would be even more upset if i had an aftermarket brake kit.
