Does anyone have Rays lug nuts on there Z? I want to get the red set to go on my Black Nismo rims. What do you guys think? Also are the lugs good quality? Thanks

 

I just bought a set of blue ones. I hope these don't fade out over time.

I should expect good quality from Rays.

Red turn into pink Get the blue or black ones. ALL colored lugs will fade.

 

Dam. I don't want them to turn PINK. I don't drive the car that much so i think they will last longer. And the car is always in the garage. The blue ones are nice but my wheels are black and they have red stickers. And the red lug nuts would go with the tail lights and red calipers for when i get a BBK.

 

Honda-Tech post, w00t w00t. They shouldn't fade much especially if you garage your car. If you want red, I would go with red. I have the Black ones and love them. Also you don't need to color coordinate your tailights, calipers, and lug nuts.

 

good luck they are on backorder, ive been looking for red for a while now, i had blue ones and they didnt fade.

 

Ya every where that i called has them on back order. This 1 shop by my house has them in stock so i will be picking them up today.

They might be backordered from Rays in Japan, but I guarantee someone in the US has them in stock. Did you check eBay? They are sold there fairly often.

 

I have called about 10 stores including online sites. AND NO ONE HAS THEM. Only 1 shop around my way had the last set. I hope they look nice with the car and the wheels.

 

i'm waiting on a red set as well. i called most of the vendors on this board and no one had them in stock.. they are on backorder from Rays.

 

i think i changed my mind and am just gonna stick with my black ones. the red doesnt exactly match my brakes. yours either baumer.

yeah but im starting to think it is more of a pink, i wish i hadnt gotten rid of my black rays lugs. oh well.

OK guys. So i got the Red Rays lug nuts and i didn't like the way that they looked with my rims. So i am selling them.. I paid $146 from my local shop. I will let them go for $130 SHIPPED to anywhere in the USA. I only installed 7 of the lug nuts and then i just took them off. So 13 lug nuts NEVER touched the car. If anyone wants more info or pictures feel free to pm me.

 

$130 for lugnuts? Dang.. I prefer to go with chrome ones that came with my rims

 

those "chrome" ones are crap. Good lugnuts are a must. I wouldnt be suprised if the closed end starts to rust (in between that end and the smaller part.) I have the black McGaurds (STEEL- strongest ones out there)
