I found a website and wanted to get some feedback. Anyone have any good luck doing business with wheelmax.com?

Some of the A.Z.A. wheels look real nice, anyone have any experience with this brand?

 

They usually ship for FREE but they charge you for mounting the tires and valve stems. Aside from that, they are awesome!

 

i purchased wheels from wheelmax awhile back. waited forever and ended up getting a refund. they had horrible customer service, that is when you could get ahold of anyone.

maybe they have changed since then, but i would never do business with them again.

 

I had experience with them a couple years ago. EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE. Don't buy from them. First of all, I ordered a set for my bmw and they sent me the wrong bolt pattern. I offered to keep that set to sell it to someone else at my cost since it would be costly to ship it back to Florida from California, if they sent me the correct set with free shipping. They reluctantly agreed after I opted to just take a refund as I didn't want to pay for costly shipping twice for their mistake. After I get the new set a couple months later I find out that the tire pattern is reversed on 1 wheel so that had to be corrected at a local shop for $20 (least of the problems). Then I find out that the original set has 1 wheel with different offsets. So, after sending the 1 wheel/tire back and calling them for another couple months they finally send me the correct wheel/tire after threatening to reverse the charges with my credit card company. (CC company uses the last transaction date to start the countdown process). The whole process took about 4 months or so and all that time was wasted on customer service who get around to send the wheels they had in stock. Their attitude was horrible. They basically had a F U attitude. When I called they were like "What?!". I was trying to be nice and patient too, which was a mistake. I should have just threatened to reverse charges from the beginning.

 

why wouldn't you use discount tire? Not only are they forum sponsors but have great prices and retail locations where you can get installs and stuff done. I've had nothing but great experiences with them.

 

I bought some rims for my altima from them and they delivered on time.

i had ordered three different sets of wheels from them in the past for my integra, and the service was unbelievable. they even gave me more discounts everytime i ordered again. i recommend them.
